HOME System is promotion of SC’s technology and a technical supporting strategy for customer as a technical supporting plan for End-User by before service (B/S), after service (A/S) and technical service (T/S).

Technical Service of HOME System

HOME System is a plan of visiting customer one or two times a week as the 2 groups to improve satisfaction of customer through technical supporting to the customer who need to support especially big company.

Through testing contamination and acquiring the data of trouble at the system, suggest objective data and visible effect.

Through visiting at the end-user regularly, suggest before service and repair the trouble immediately.
